Refund policy

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes, colors, or buyer's remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue. Upon verification of the defect, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
